Who?

A one-guy, mostly-takeout, pizza-making concern.

When?

Normally, dinner, Wednesday through Saturday. We start answering the phone at 4pm and making pizzas at 5pm, and stop when either supply or demand runs out, usually around 9pm. Tables can be reserved for arrivals between 5:15 and 8:30.

What?

We sell whole, roughly 18", made-to-order pizzas cut into 8 unequal slices. And drinks. We're cash-only and sales tax reimbursement will be added to all prices of taxable merchandise.

We do not charge a corkage fee. Nor do we provide any kind of corkage service, glasses, etc.

How?

The wait time varies a lot. It could be 10 minutes or 4 hours. We know what the wait time is, more or less, at any given moment, but, we can't control it. That's why we recommend that you place your order by phone. We start answering the phone at 4pm. You can also request that we call you to take your order.

Takeout is the default. Our 2 tables are generally reserved and not available for walk-ins or people who ordered for takeout. If you want to eat at the pizzeria, it's best to reserve a table when ordering. Table reservations start 10-15 minutes before the first pizza you order and end 45 minutes after the last pizza. Each pizza has a unique scheduled time, and, for the sake of all our guests, we do our best to stay on schedule, even if a guest is late.
